Who is responsible?

When you contact us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we may process your name, contact details and the information you provide. We use this to respond and follow up potential or agreed collaboration. Please do not send sensitive personal data or unnecessarily confidential material by ordinary email.
The legal basis is taking necessary steps before entering into a contract, or performing a contract where you are the contracting party, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Communication with business contacts is based on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Statutory retention is based on Article 6(1)(c).
This website and service providers
The website has no contact form, analytics tools or marketing trackers. The website code does not set cookies or store your language preference on your device. Email links open your own email application. LinkedIn is opened only when you click its link, and its own privacy terms then apply.
Domeneshop provides web hosting, and Microsoft 365 is used for email. These providers may process technical information and content as part of their services. On a visit, the web server may process your IP address, time and requested page for operation and security. Contact us for information about current technical logging, storage locations and any transfers outside the EEA.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries should not be retained longer than necessary to respond, follow up collaboration or meet documentation needs. The period depends on the dialogue and assignment. Information subject to statutory retention is kept for the required period. Contact us for information about retention in your specific case.
Access is limited to those who need the information for follow-up and necessary service providers. Information may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access and rectification and, where the conditions apply, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to andre@atik.no. You may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
